Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager is a strategic business role responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across an assigned geographical area. This includes the development of the mobile and industrial activity, analysis of product and service needs of key accounts, and management and expansion of the existing customer portfolio.
This role acts as the main interface with customers in the region and coordinates with internal departments at headquarters to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include defining and executing sales value plans, estimating volumes and revenue, and ensuring achievement of objectives.
The Regional Sales Manager is also responsible for creating and managing pricing strategies, collecting and analyzing market information, and handling returns and claims in collaboration with the internal sales support team.
In addition, this role contributes to product development and represents the company at exhibitions and trade shows. The Regional Sales Manager is also responsible for promoting the company's solutions and services to customers and prospects, tracking and reporting performance indicators, and analyzing successes and failures to provide feedback for technical and commercial improvements.
