About Your New Job
As a
Senior Automation Engineer
, you will:
Design, develop, and commission machine control systems including PLCs, robotics, motion control, HMI/SCADA, and vision systems.
Lead projects from concept through to full implementation, ensuring compliance with CE, electrical, machinery safety, and regulated industry standards (URS, FDS, FAT).
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to specify, develop, and validate control system components while providing technical guidance to colleagues.
What Skills You Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
10+ years' experience in automation or machine control roles, with strong
PLC & HMI experience
(preferably Allen Bradley or Siemens).
Solid knowledge of automated machine design, specification, and development.
Experience in technical documentation; familiarity with robotics, motion control, machine vision, and pneumatics is a plus.
Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work well in a multi-functional team.
Driving license and flexibility to travel.
