They need someone who has already operated at this level.The successful person will take full ownership of projects from planning through to delivery, managing programme, budget, subcontractors, client communication, risk, and quality across multiple live installs.Key Responsibilities* Full project ownership across schedule, budget, staffing, reporting and delivery* Manage installation teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to spec* Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders* Lead project meetings, progress reporting and delivery updates* Work closely with sales and operations teams at early project stages* Identify and manage project risks while maintaining commercial control* Ensure strong documentation, reporting and compliance with internal processes* Maintain high HSE standards across all project activity* Support delivery of high-quality security installations across Ireland and selected EMEA projectsWhat They’re Looking For* Proven experience already working as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager within electronic security installations* Strong background delivering projects involving access control, CCTV, intruder and integrated security systems* Data centre project experience is highly desirable* Experience managing subcontractors, labour, budgets, timelines and client expectations* Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver profitable projects* Comfortable dealing with both local Irish stakeholders and wider European teams* Good working knowledge of MS Project / project planning tools and Excel* Relevant project management qualification preferred* Electrical / electronic background would be advantageousSystems / EnvironmentExperience with enterprise-level security systems is strongly preferred, particularly:* Lenel* C-Cure* Other high-end integrated security platformsCandidate Profile* Already operating in a similar PM-level role* Confident running projects independently* Structured, organised and commercially minded* Strong communicator with clients, subcontractors and internal teams* Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple moving parts* Delivery-focused with a strong sense of ownershipImportant Notes* Majority of work will be Ireland-based, mainly Dublin/local projects* Some European travel required, but this is not a heavily EU-based role* Client wants people with the right level of experience alreadyWhy This Role Could Appeal* Opportunity to join a major global security business* High-profile project environment with strong long-term pipeline* Mix of Irish delivery and some European exposure* Key hire for the team, with urgency around getting the right person in placeAll conversations are handled in strict confidence.
