General Operative - Cloghran We are looking for a General Operative that has a drive and passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Corporate and Van Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and smooth operation regarding vehicle delivery, collection and on site vehicle preparation. This role requires dedication and focus, making the customers journey your priority. This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am-6pm on an agreed roster. Responsible for ensuring vehicle safety checks & audits are completed and documented. Be aware of all requirements for vehicles during the day. Deliver vehicles to customers and other locations, using Rentalmatics application. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues. Check in returning vehicles. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered on the frontline. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues. Ad hoc duties as directed by Management. Skills Required Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years required Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative Good communications skills - both written and verbal Available to work weekdays and weekends Mechanical knowledge a plus. i.e. checking oil, tyres etc. Why Choose Europcar?
