Responsibilities of the Chef Job:
7. Prepare food to order in line with requests and within set time frames
8. Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
9. Correctly label all food items in line with food safety and shelf-life regulations, following HACCP procedures
10. Ensure the kitchen is kept clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times
11. Manage stock control for your section in accordance with specifications
Requirements for the Chef Job:
12. Previous experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
13. Strong knowledge of HACCP systems
14. Healthcare kitchen experience is an advantage
15. Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
16. Maintain a professional attitude and lead by example
17. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
