What Youll Be Doing: Collaborate within a product team to design, build, test, and deploy front-end features.
Take full ownership of your work, from inception to deployment.
Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Engage in solution design and technical decision-making aligned with business needs.
What Were Looking For: Must Have: Strong Java Script/Type Script skills with significant experience in React.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex tasks.
Passion for building robust, scalable solutions and improving development processes.
A collaborative and ownership-driven approach to software development.
Should Have: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with automated testing (unit and integration testing).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to seek input from the team.
Could Have: 5+ years of front-end development experience.
Hands-on experience with React Native, Graph QL, Postgre SQL, AWS, or Python.
A background in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
