Technical Support Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Responding promptly to technical support requests via phone, email, or CRM system.
2. Troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting technical issues across Windows, Google Workspace, and networked environments.
3. Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, operating systems, software, and peripherals.
4. Monitoring and maintaining on-prem and cloud-hosted servers (e.g. Hyper-V, Azure).
5. Delivering small-scale IT projects (e.g. network upgrades, server replacements) in collaboration with senior technical staff.
6. Providing technical input and support for client onboarding processes and solution design.
7. Maintaining accurate technical documentation and participating in quality assurance processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar IT support/field engineer position.
* Confident working across Microsoft 365 (Admin Centre, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Google Workspace environments.
* Familiarity with IP networks, switching, VLANs, and DNS/DHCP principles.
* Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Intune, and Azure is an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable working with teachers, principals, and school ICT coordinators.
* Self-starter with strong time management and a desire to deliver quality outcomes.
* Full clean driving license and willingness to travel.
