Assistant Night Manager
The Role:
* Assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during night shifts.
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
The Responsibilities:
* Support guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Maintain overall health and safety standards at night.
* Perform front office duties, including assisting with the night audit report and facilitating guest check-in and check-out processes.
* Collaborate with the Night Porters to ensure their nightly tasks are fulfilled efficiently.
* Provide food and beverage service to guests during the night hours.
The Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are required.
