Due to the continued expansion of the Menlo Park hotel and the increased capacity of our restaurant and Bar;we are seeking a Chef de Partie who has a passion for food and ambition for a career in this business.
For the successful candidate we will help seek accommodation
Key Responsibilities include:
* Working alongside our senior chefs to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
* To prepare and present quality dishes with the highest standard of food and service at all times, ensuring that all dishes exceed our guest expectations.
* Managing and training any commis chefs working with you
* Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
* Strictly adhere to HACCP and all health and safety standards.
The successful candidate will :
* Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland on a full time basis
* Qualification in professional Chef/Culinary skills.
* Minimum of 1 years experience working as a Chef de Partie in a 4 star hotel/restaurant. *Knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety
* Great organisational skills with ability to delegate and follow up appropriately
