Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and mentoring staff.
* Assist the management team with daily administrative tasks
* Mentor and develop staff to achieve their full potential
* Provide personal care to residents in a residential setting
* Administer medication as required
* Update and maintain accurate records
Requirements for Success:
* Holding a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* 2+ years experience in providing care and support within a residential or community setting, including medication administration
* NISCC registration in a social care role is essential
