Application Specialist – Ultrasound

We're partnering with a specialist Medical Imaging organisation to appoint an Application Specialist – Ultrasound, supporting customers across the Republic of Ireland.
This is a clinical, customer-facing role focused on delivering high-quality pre- and post-sales application support, training clinicians on ultrasound systems, and optimising image quality and workflow in real world clinical environments.
The role
* Deliver high-quality clinical application training across ultrasound platforms
* Support clinicians with image optimisation and workflow efficiency
* Provide pre- and post-sales support alongside the sales team
* Demonstrate product features and benefits at customer sites, workshops and events
* Identify application or usability issues and escalate appropriately
* Maintain accurate reporting of training visits and activity via CRM
* Work collaboratively with sales, applications and project teams to ensure customer success
* Gather customer feedback to support ongoing product improvement
* Stay up to date with software updates and product enhancements
Who this suits
* Clinical background with 2+ years' ultrasound modality experience
* Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Clinical Sonography
* Strong understanding of ultrasound exams, clinical environments and workflows
* Confident trainer with excellent communication skills
* Organised, self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously
* Willing to travel nationwide across Ireland (occasional overnight stays required)
Package
* Salary:
up to €70,000 FTE (€42,000 pro-rata)
* Bonus:
10% on target
* Car allowance:
€8,000 FTE (€4,800 pro-rata)
* Pension:
EEE 3% / EER 3%
* Holidays:
23 days FTE (14 pro-rata)
