Harte Peat Ltd. is a long-established company based in Clones, Co. Monaghan, supplying high-quality casing soil products to the mushroom industry. As we expand into edible horticultural growing media, we're looking for an organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to management and production teams.
* Handle phone and email enquiries in a professional manner.
* Process orders, invoices, and purchasing documentation.
* Maintain company records and filing systems.
* Support quality and project management documentation.
* Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Own transport required due to rural location.
