Overview
EPS Group is looking for a General Arrangement Draftsperson / BIM Technician to join the Drawing team at our head office in Mallow, Co. Cork. This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities
* Manage the production of multi-discipline coordinated models, drawings and schedules.
* Align design development with the project BIM execution plan, including regular coordination and model checks and sharing of model data throughout the design team.
* Liaise between Mechanical & Electrical Designers and Civil & Structural Designers.
* Attend and contribute to model coordination meetings, maintaining model integrity and ensuring design intent is reflected accurately.
* Liaise with project teams to ascertain project needs and timelines.
* Take instructions from Engineers and produce drawings with limited supervision or direction.
* Use initiative to support the CAD team and grow expertise in the use of CAD software and other tools.

* Familiarity with key digital construction principles, innovation, and emerging BIM technologies
* Ability to work to timelines in a project environment
* Ability to work off their own initiative but also as part of a project team
Technical Proficiency
* Revit model and Family Creation
* Navisworks Manage
* BIM360 / ACC Docs environments
* BIM coordination workflows, clash detection, and model sharing protocols
Qualifications
* 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or strong trades background coupled with a BIM qualification
* A minimum of 3+ years’ experience within a BIM Co-ordination function
* Mechanical or Electrical background with a proven track record in a similar role
