Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Nurse to deliver comprehensive occupational health and wellbeing services across two locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement case management strategies to ensure the health and wellbeing of employees
* Conduct workplace assessments to identify potential health risks and develop plans to mitigate them
* Implement health surveillance programmes to monitor employee health and wellbeing
* Identify and prevent work-related health issues through proactive measures and education
* Monitor workforce and workplace conditions to ensure a safe and healthy environment
* Conduct health needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement health promotion and wellbeing initiatives to improve employee health and wellbeing
* Provide education and training to employees on health and safety protocols
* Risk assessment and risk management to ensure a safe working environment
* Return-to-work management to facilitate smooth transitions for employees
Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse with full registration with An Bord Altranais
* Recognised Occupational Health qualification or currently studying toward one
* Strong case management experience, especially in complex cases
* Clinical competencies in Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision screening, Phlebotomy, VDU ergonomics, and Vaccine administration
