Our client is expanding rapidly and seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to lead key transformation initiatives. The role will focus on the global Transformation Towards Operational Excellence (TTOE) programme, implementing a unified ERP platform (IFS Cloud) and harmonising global finance processes. This position is critical to delivering a connected, efficient operating model that supports long-term business excellence and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with overall transformation timelines.
* Coordinate activities within the finance workstream, managing interdependencies and milestones.
* Report regularly on progress, risks, and issues to project management and key stakeholders.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for finance-related stakeholders, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
* Support the collection, validation, and documentation of business requirements.
* Translate business needs into functional ERP solutions in collaboration with process owners and super users.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Monitor resource allocation and utilisation, managing changes as needed.
* Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure alignment with real business scenarios.
* Act as a change ambassador within the finance function, supporting communication, training, and adoption activities.
Candidate Profile
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
* Advanced training or certifications in programme/project management (e.g. PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
Experience
* Minimum of five years’ project management experience, ideally focused on large-scale transformation programmes.
* Proven track record in ERP implementation and global process harmonisation, preferably within IFS Cloud.
* Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in complex, multinational environments.
* Strong understanding of finance processes and experience translating business requirements into ERP functionality.
