As part of our Dublin team you will be performing the below key duties:
Key Duties:
The
Total Rewards Manager
is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
* Develop and maintain Total Rewards vision and guiding principles through consultation and collaboration with senior leadership.
* Develop and maintain total rewards policies and framework to support business objectives, in line with agreed guiding principles.
* Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes, as appropriate.
* Determine competitive salary bands and develop and modify compensation plans to support the development of compensation strategy.
* Drive compensation calibration and alignment internally and to market, through the use of global grading system and salary surveys-.
* Gather and analyse data to review, benchmark and propose recommendations (e.g. salary survey, benefit plans, pension plans), in turn providing salary survey data submissions to vendors for participating countries globally.
* Design models for jobs evaluation, salary increases and special salary plans to meet the company's business objectives and desired retention strategy
* Conduct compensation analysis for new roles and new hires to ensure internal equity and market alignment.
Requirements
