Production Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and implement effective manufacturing strategies.
* Develop optimized production processes, including material planning, production scheduling, and product release.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development, design-for-manufacturing, and design transfer to internal and/or contract manufacturing operations.
* Manage relationships with external manufacturing partners and oversee the scale-up of production.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in production leadership, preferably in a regulated industry.
* Experience working within ISO 13485/FDA quality systems and risk management methodologies.
* Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
