We blend championship golf with luxury travel, five-star hospitality, and seamless service.
As part of our international expansion, we're seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales & Operations Executive to drive global sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and represent Irish Fairways across Ireland and overseas. This is a high-impact, commercial role for a self-starter who combines sales drive with operational excellence.
What You'll Do..
* Generate and convert new business from inbound and outbound leads.
* Build partnerships with golf clubs, hotels, and travel providers across Ireland and abroad.
* Collaborate with marketing to maximise qualified leads and campaign performance.
* Manage client itineraries end-to-end from enquiry to tee time ensuring world-class service.
* Represent Irish Fairways at trade shows, golf events, and international exhibitions.
* Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver consistent sales reporting.
What We're Looking For..
* 5+ years' experience in travel, tourism, or sports-hospitality.
* Proven sales background with strong negotiation and closing ability.
* Passion for golf and understanding of the sport's culture.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and results.
* Willingness to travel across Ireland, Europe, the USA, and Asia.
* Full, clean driving licence and access to your own car (essential).
* Commercially minded, ambitious, and confident representing a premium brand.
