Ireland's leading full-service law firm, Byrne Wallace Shields LLP, is seeking a Marketing Assistant Graduate to join the firm's dynamic and fast paced Marketing Team.
This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing and is a generalist role with an emphasis on supporting events, internal communications, and creating content and digital marketing campaigns, including associated graphics and multimedia.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a rapidly growing firm, where you will work directly with senior partners and specialist legal teams, helping to drive multi-channel marketing campaigns whilst providing proactive and high-quality marketing support, and supporting the delivery of excellent client service further strengthening of the firm's position as a leading business law firm.

Key Responsibilities
Events:supporting with the firm's Events Programme, including event management and communications, booking external events and maintaining a calendar of relevant external events.
PR, Advertising & Sponsorships: supporting press announcements and photoshoots, drafting press releases, researching media opportunities, implementing third party partnerships and sponsorship/speaking arrangements.
Directory Listings: supporting the firm's annual directory submission process, and any third-party directory profiling opportunities.
Brand & Design:coordinating and designing marketing collateral and graphics (including PowerPoint presentations, posters, invitations, brochures, digital graphics), liaising with external suppliers where relevant, and supporting any brand and messaging projects as they arise.
CRM:managing CRM campaigns and using the firm's CRM database to input and maintain information on clients and contacts, including mailing list management, and tracking marketing related CRM activities.
Web & Digital: supporting management of the firm's website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, video and audio creation.
Content Marketing:supporting initiatives to create content and thought leadership, and optimising distribution across multiple digital channels.
Supportinginternal communications and internal marketing
Market Research& Data Analysis: monitoring and tracking the firm's online and social presence, digital and off-line marketing campaigns, CRM activities, and other general market and competitor analysis.
Support with general marketing administration
Skills and Experience
Third level qualification in marketing or equivalent.
Experience working in a B2B or professional services firm.
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
End-to-end event management experience is advantageous
Proficient in web and social media management, email marketing, webinars, and video/audio creation.
Experience using Vutur, Wordpress, InterAction (CRM), and Teams is advantageous
Experience of graphic design packages e.g. Canva, InDesign, Photoshop.
Experience in and understanding of Client Relationship Management is advantageous
Understanding of content marketing and proven experience drafting content and optimising distribution.
Experience undertaking marketing research and data analysis.

A solid understanding of web based and digital marketing best practice including Google analytics, and SEO.
