Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective delivery at all times.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet our key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Champion superior customer service in-store, guaranteeing that every member of the store team delivers exceptional customer experiences.
* Foster an environment of success, teamwork, and collaboration within the store.
* Coach and develop a team of highly motivated and target-driven salespeople.
* Support the store manager with all store operations and administration, ensuring we maintain our commitment to customers.
* Monitor staff attendance, timekeeping, productivity, and presentation on an ongoing basis.
* Liaise with the visual merchandising team to ensure our showroom is presented in an appealing and clear manner at all times.
