I’m currently partnering with a well-established consumer brand to find a talented Marketing Executive to join their Customer Retention Team.
Location: Cork (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Salary: up to €40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM-focused marketer who’s passionate about data-driven campaigns, customer engagement, and making a measurable impact. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-performing multi-channel marketing activity across email, SMS and direct mail.
The Role
As Marketing Executive (CRM & Retention), you’ll play a key part in planning and delivering targeted campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. Working alongside the Marketing Director, CRM Manager and wider team, you’ll manage the end-to-end campaign process — from segmentation and creative briefing through to execution, measurement and reporting.
Key responsibilities
* Plan, test and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, push notifications and onsite messaging.
* Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.
* Oversee fulfilment logistics including data selection, print, stock and scheduling.
* Analyse campaign performance (ROI, response and conversion rates) and share insights to optimise future activity.
* Maintain and enhance the CRM database to support targeting and measurement.
* Identify trends in customer behaviour and opportunities to drive incremental growth.
* Produce regular BI/KPI reports to inform strategic decisions.
* Bring fresh ideas to challenge existing ways of working and improve campaign effectiveness.
What we’re looking for
* 2–5 years’ marketing campaign experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus, but not essential).
* Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel (Pivot Tables).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders.
* A proactive approach, keen to learn and adapt quickly.
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience working collaboratively with multiple teams and departments.
