**Job Title:** Benefits Client Service Advisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional client service and support in the day-to-day management of Group Risk policies. This role involves working closely with Sales Consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services, including policy renewals and new business wins.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth operation of assigned client portfolios, providing proactive support and resolution to queries and issues.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers at all levels, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to meet their needs.
* Coordinate administration tasks, including invoicing, membership data, claims data, and communication materials.
* Prepare client reports as requested by Sales Consultants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Resolve discrepancies in provider documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to Aon's systems and protocols.
* Participate in internal training sessions to enhance knowledge of products and market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Group Risk industry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and proactively, using initiative to resolve queries and issues.
* Relevant experience within the insurance industry, with skills in building positive relationships and managing stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and listening skills, with ability to present information clearly and concisely.
* Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel.
