Kaseya is looking for an execution-focused Product Owner to lead key initiatives across AI, Microsoft 365 integration, and User Interface modernization. If you’re passionate about building intelligent, intuitive enterprise software — and use AI to accelerate your own work — you’ll thrive in this role.
This isn’t a back-office role. We want someone who can turn vision into features, feedback into prioritization, and a cluttered UI into clarity.
What You’ll Do
Own and evolve the product backlog for AI-driven capabilities, M365 integrations, and the core UI/UX across the platform
Define and document product requirements that balance user value, technical feasibility, and business impact
Collaborate daily with agile engineering, design, QA, and data teams to ship features on time and with polish
Shape intelligent, data-driven dashboards and build meaningful integrations with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
Serve as the voice of the user, continuously improving usability and experience across the product
Use AI tools (and encourage their adoption) to move faster—whether it’s writing specs, analyzing feedback, or exploring ideas
Manage release readiness, QA signoffs, and field enablement in coordination with stakeholders
Key Requirements
Strong execution mindset—you’ve shipped high-impact features and know how to manage delivery under pressure
2+ years working with agile development teams
Power user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot, etc.) in your personal workflow
Deep UI/UX sensibility—you care about design systems, clarity, and responsive interfaces
Strong communicator—concise with specs, persuasive with stakeholders, clear with dev teams
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem; experience with building or integrating with Microsoft Graph APIs
Background in dashboards, reporting, or data visualization frameworks
Exposure to AI product features (e.g., insight generation, summarization, auto-remediation, etc.)
Technical literacy—comfortable working with APIs, architecture diagrams, and low-fidelity wireframes
