Due to our continued growth, we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Relief Chef Manager for our Cork units. Working five over seven days.
Some of the duties and responsibilities are as follows:
* To prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
* Manage and direct the unit as required.
* Work within and order products according to the budgets set by the company.
* Compile monthly menu cycles.
* Operate the HACCP and Health & Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.
* Manage online systems and train all staff.
* Manage, control, and record waste.
* Approve weekly schedules and payroll.
* Garda vetting is a requirement for this role.
