Key Account Manager - Customer Advocacy
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Key Account Manager - Customer Advocacy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
* Owning and delivering key account management strategies, campaigns, and lifecycle communications
* Developing propositions informed by customer insight and market trends
* Driving retention, reducing churn, and increasing customer lifetime value
* Leading cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution
* Optimising customer journeys and driving improvements to the in-life experience
* Acting as the voice of the customer in pricing and proposition decisions
* Tracking KPIs and campaign performance, using insights to inform future activity
About You
* A minimum of 35 years' experience in key account management, proposition, product, or commercial roles within telecoms, mobile, or a subscription-based business
* A working knowledge of the competitive landscape across telecoms
* A strong understanding of key account management, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing
* Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns (EDM, digital, social, etc.)
* A data-driven mindset and passion for customer experience
* Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
* A comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
