Job Description
Programme & Events Executive
Location: Dublin South (Hybrid Working)
Salary: €38,000

This educational institute is hiring a Programme & Events Executive to play a key role in the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of executive education programmes and high‑impact events. You will lead the end‑to‑end logistical planning and coordination of programmes and events, managing everything from venue set‑up, catering and audio‑visual requirements to materials, equipment, and participant accommodations. Acting as the primary on‑site contact, you will support participants throughout their journey from registration and orientation to responding promptly and professionally to queries. You will coordinate closely with faculty and presenters to manage schedules, prepare materials, and ensure they have the necessary resources to deliver engaging sessions. During live programmes and events, you will be present to oversee operations. Post‑programme, you will gather participant feedback, support reporting and data management.
Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end logistical planning and coordination of programmes and events.
Manage venue set‑up, catering, audio‑visual requirements, materials, equipment, and participant accommodations.
Act as the primary on‑site contact and support participants from registration to post‑programme activities.
Coordinate schedules, prepare materials, and ensure faculty presenters have necessary resources.
Oversee operations during live programmes and events.
Gather participant feedback and support reporting and data management.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination, administration, or event support within a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
