Main Duties and Responsibilities
Recording of income and expenditure for petty cash, invoices, etc.
Making Cash Lodgements to Bank
Record and post all mail daily
Maintain databases
Ensuring files are up to date
Responsible for all building security
Responsible for stationery and stock control.
Ensure Health and Safety standards and practices are always fully adhered to on premises
Supporting the delivery of disability awareness training in local schools.
Implementing and updating the CRM system.
Sourcing relevant and appropriate information for service users either for their interest or to support them in self advocacy endeavors.
Examples of these information types include the IWA's Access Guidelines, the Operation Sign-Up
campaign, details on the mobility grant allowance and matters relating to parking cards.
Provide administrative support to the Service Coordinator, Area Manager and the ROC Services.
To carry out any other responsibilities / duties assigned to you from time to time which may include participating in Centre activities.
Ensuring Fire Record is Maintained daily.
Ensuring Covid Wellness Forms are completed.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Training, Experience and Qualifications
ECDL or 1-2 years' experience working in a busy office environment is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
Previous experience of creating and maintaining databases (eg. CRM, SAP, etc.) is a must
Experience of payroll and spread sheets a distinctive advantage
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team, and on own initiative as appropriate.
