What You'll DoYou'll deliver high-quality building services design from concept to construction, collaborate across disciplines, and support innovation in sustainable building systems. Mechanical & Electrical DesignDevelop detailed M&E layouts, schematics, specifications, and calculationsDesign systems including lighting, power distribution, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protectionWork with the Sustainability team to reduce energy and carbon using the latest IES toolsCreate design markups for BIM/CAD teams and assist with plant and equipment selectionConduct site surveys, produce condition reports, and gather technical input for simulations Project Delivery & CoordinationEnsure alignment with client briefs, design standards, budgets, and timelinesCollaborate with internal engineers, external consultants, and suppliersMaintain ISO-compliant project documentation across all phasesSupport construction schedule alignment and scope controlAttend design and technical meetings, record actions, and assist with closeout Continuous Improvement & Industry EngagementParticipate in QA audits and technical reviewsStay up to date with market trends and emerging M&E technologiesAttend CPDs, seminars, and industry events to enhance your expertiseContribute to continuous improvement of internal design practices What We're Looking For Bachelor's inBuilding Servicespreferred Experience in M&E building services design for construction projects Familiarity with relevant systems — HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection Strong technical knowledge and understanding of project scopes and ISO compliance Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and design tools like IES is a plus Strong communication skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and contribute to collaborative deliveryWhy Join Axiseng?AtAxiseng,we're passionate about shaping sustainable, efficient, and resilient buildings.
