CPL Healthcare is recruiting a Deputy Manager on behalf of a reputable and well-established children's service provider expanding from the Midlands into County Tipperary (Two Mile Borris) .
As part of this expansion, new children's residential services are opening, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Care Worker/Leader ready to step into management .
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and looking to progress their career into a management position within children's residential services.
The Role As Deputy Social Care Manager, you will support the Social Care Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential service, while gaining valuable leadership and management experience in a supportive environment.
