The Team and the opportunity

Your key responsibilities

As an SAP PaPM – Senior Manager you will:

* Participate in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements
* Learn about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements
* Customise SAP PaPM (Performance and Profitability Management) meet the specific needs of clients, including Allocation models, PaPM functions, Characteristics & Key Figures, Master data and Reporting
* Lead the design and implementation of SAP PaPM, considering best practices and industry standards
* Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP PaPM architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
* Produce key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
* Share knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other team disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team
* Support the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, and facilitating client events
* Understanding all of our service offerings and actively identifying opportunities to better serve clients

To qualify for the role, you should have:

* A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position
* 7+ years’ experience delivering in SAP PaPM, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support
* Strong knowledge of financial concepts, cost accounting, and profitability analysis.
* A minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations in PaPM
* Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
* Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
* Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

* Relevant SAP certification in SAP PaPM
* Exposure to reporting solutions such as SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere
* Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP PaPM solutions
