Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking a reliable and experienced General Fitter to support installations and maintenance of work stations and machine guards. Key Responsibilities
As a General Fitter, you will support a range of projects on-site, but also across industrial and commercial sites. Working closely with engineers and technicians, you will help ensure work is completed to high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include:
1. Assembling and Positioning workstations;
2. Installing Machine Guards and Safety Barriers;
3. Modifying or Upgrading Existing Setups;
4. Using Tools and Hardware;
5. Testing and Safety Checking;
6. Collaborating with Technicians or Engineers;
7. Travel to customer sites as needed (Galway, Shannon, Ennis and Limerick region).

Criteria
12. Proven experience in a similar role;
13. Strong understanding of health and safety procedures on site;
14. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
15. Flexibility to work across various sites and job types;
16. Full, clean driver's licence and own transport.
