Head of Sales Operations and Account Management IOI – Portlaoise

Manage the Sales Operations and Account Management Function across the Island of Ireland. Lead a team of Business Development and customer-facing professionals. Design and implement the account management process for Enva Specialist business on the Island of Ireland. Drive top-line growth of the business and profitability through process improvements, strong management, and sales initiatives.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing, as part of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive adoption, utilisation, and improvement of CRM, including establishing metrics and reports to monitor performance.
* Work with group directors to design and implement an effective, deliverable, and auditable account management process to ensure best-in-class customer service and maximize revenue and profitability with existing accounts.
* Maintain industry awareness on customers and markets to ensure Enva maintains a competitive advantage.
* Support additional sales operations projects in collaboration with the wider team.
* Create, develop, and manage sales and account management targets, KPIs, and other metrics.
* Manage the sales pipeline to identify current and future tender opportunities.
* Oversee the tenders process, delegating tasks while taking ultimate responsibility for the quality of each submission.
* Deliver customer service excellence and innovative proposals.
* Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
* Liaise with departmental heads to gather necessary details for proposal development.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

* Extensive experience in sales operations or sales leadership roles.
* Experience with delivering complex tenders is a distinct advantage.
* CRM experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous but not essential.
* Experience in waste, water, or sustainability industries is advantageous but not required.
