* Elevate the guest experience from arrival to departure by providing seamless service and support.
* Greet and check in guests with a warm and professional first impression, setting the tone for an exceptional stay.
* Promote local attractions, facilities, and experiences to enhance the guest's overall experience.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to telephone and email inquiries, delivering excellent customer care.
* Maintain accurate records of phone and online reservations, ensuring seamless guest journey.
* Support the guest cycle from pre-booking to check-out, handling special requests with a personal touch.
* Collaborate with the operations team to effectively communicate guest requirements.
* Escort guests to their rooms or designated areas when needed, demonstrating a commitment to their comfort and convenience.
* Perform administrative duties to support the smooth running of the front desk, contributing to a positive guest experience.
* Lend support to colleagues across different areas of the business as needed, embracing a teamwork ethos.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a professional telephone manner. Strong organisational ability and high attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
A strong understanding of IT systems, including Microsoft Office (ECDL or equivalent preferred), is required. Friendly, personable, and a strong team player are key attributes for this position.
Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is desirable, as is local knowledge of attractions and amenities in the Slane area.
This role offers opportunities to contribute to operations across Rock Farm Slane, in addition to primary responsibilities at Slane Castle.
