Job Title:
We are seeking an accomplished Project Coordinator to lead our construction projects.
* Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
* Background in Engineering (Relevant Qualifications or Site Experience)
* Experience with working on multiple small projects and/or large projects
* Good knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental management
* An effective and motivated professional with a desire to progress within the business
* Excellent administrative, report writing, and I.T. skills, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sub-contractors and communicating effectively with clients. They will need to use their initiative on site, working cooperatively with the Director, with the view to develop into the Construction Manager.
