Our client portfolio includes some of Ireland's top 100 indigenous companies.We are looking for a full-time office administrator to assist with the management and continued growth of a busy financial accountancy practice located on the edge of Cork City. The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated and data-oriented individual.Excellent opportunity for career progression within the practice.DutiesFront of office dutiesDocumentation management throughout the organisationUpdate and maintain CRM systemImplement and maintain systems quality control measures (SOPs)Deliver digital marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure new revenue and retention targets are achievedDesign and create graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website graphicsManage and maintain the company's social media accounts including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and develop new social media outlets such as Instagram, TIK TOK and YouTubeManagement of PPC marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and GoogleBuild and adjust strong product marketing content, including blogs, videos, and presentationsMonitor and analyse social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvementWork with the team to ensure that all brand materials are consistent with our brand guidelinesStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketingAssist with developing and maintaining the company website through WordPressProject assistance as required including the preparation of letters, PowerPoint presentations, infographics and business publicationsSupporting staff members with day-to-day tasks and answering telephone callsManage inventory and purchasing for practiceProvide comprehensive administration support to the senior management teamLiaise with external IT supportBe flexible in the role and provide general administrative support as required from time-to-timeRequirementsA relevant third level qualification with minimum of 2 to 3 years of Previous experience in administration or PA roleExperience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategiesExcellent understanding of web design and Google analyticsExperience in Adobe suite such as Indesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopExperience with Canva or other graphic design platformsCompetent at MS Office and diary managementBook-keeping skills desirableTeam player and willingness to learn and upskill where necessaryTeam player with excellent project management, communication, organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.Salary will be commensurate with experience.WENTWORTH is an equal opportunities employer.
