About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our dedicated day-care team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to enjoy meaningful activities, reach personal goals, and receive high-quality personal care.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering person-centred programmes, assisting with daily living needs, keeping accurate records, and contributing to a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and review individual support & care plans
* Facilitate leisure, education, and community activities
* Provide personal care (toileting, feeding, bathing)
* Administer medication (training provided)
* Record daily notes and incident reports
* Work closely with colleagues and attend team meetings
Essential Criteria
* 5 GCSEs (AC) or equivalent
* NISCC registered (or willing to register)
* = 6 months experience with vulnerable adults/children
* Willing to complete mandatory face-to-face training
