We are delighted to be working with a leading commercial law firm to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded Employment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of Ireland's top employers across a wide range of sectors, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The Role:
* Advise clients on all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts, policies, terminations, and employee relations.
* Act on behalf of employers in claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts.
* Provide employment law support in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
* Deliver strategic, solutions-focused advice to clients across multiple sectors.
* Contribute to team development and business initiatives within the practice.
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in employment law.
* Strong experience in both advisory and contentious employment matters.
* Proven exposure to corporate support work and transactional projects.
* Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
