Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, Jigsaw's Fundraising Coordinator will be a central and strategic member of the fundraising leadership team. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative, and award-winning team driven by a passion for raising vital funds to support children and young people (aged 12–25) struggling with their mental health.

As Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a key role in the strategic development, delivery, and continuous improvement of Jigsaw's fundraising programmes. You will support the design and implementation of insight-led strategies that strengthen supporter engagement, grow income across multiple streams, and contribute to long-term, sustainable income development.

With a keen understanding of the power of relationships, you will help lead our support experience program to steward and grow our diverse community of supporters across community fundraising, events and challenges, and digital campaigns. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Fundraising, Communications, and Services, you will help shape meaningful supporter experiences that inspire action, deepen loyalty, and increase lifetime value.

You will also play a leading role in enhancing and optimising our CRM system (Salesforce). Through effective data analysis, segmentation, and supporter insights, you will contribute to the creation of personalised donor journeys, strategic supporter programmes, and evidence-based decision-making that supports income growth and programme innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the strategic development, delivery, and continuous improvement of Jigsaw's fundraising programmes, contributing to long-term income growth across community fundraising, in-person event fundraising, events and challenges campaigns, digital campaigns, and other supporter-led initiatives.

* Lead on the Implement of best-in-class supporter experience strategies, helping to design insight-led journeys that deepen donor relationships, strengthen retention and loyalty, and increase lifetime value.

* Provide exceptional supporter care, acting as a key point of contact for fundraisers and donors across community, event and digital audiences, ensuring every interaction reflects Jigsaw's values and supporter experience standards.

* Lead on the development of data and insights to drive fundraising decision-making, analysing trends, supporter behaviour and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, segmentation and improved targeting.

* Communicate fundraising and CRM data clearly to the Fundraising leadership team, generating reports, dashboards and insights that support agile decision-making, strategic planning and income forecasting.

* Drive the optimisation of Jigsaw's CRM system (Salesforce), including data management, segmentation, supporter journey design, and contributing to ongoing CRM development plans in line with GDPR requirements.

* Support cross-organisational understanding of fundraising and supporter engagement, championing the importance of supporter experience and helping colleagues understand their role in creating meaningful donor relationships.

* Work collaboratively with teams across Jigsaw, contributing proactively to planning, problem-solving and innovation, while promoting a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture.

* Drive the development of new fundraising initiatives, bringing creativity, insights, and programme-level thinking that supports sustainable income growth and expanded supporter engagement.


Requirements


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential Criteria:

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in fundraising, community development, event management, project coordination, marketing, or a related area, with demonstrable responsibility for delivering income-generating initiatives.

* Proven planning experience, delivering and evaluating fundraising campaigns and events, with clear evidence of meeting targets and contributing to income growth.

* Strong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling supporter communications, build effective relationships and provide leadership for diverse audiences.

* Experience working with a CRM system (ideally Salesforce), including data entry, segmentation, reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

* Demonstrated ability to analyse data and insights, identifying trends, opportunities and risks, and using evidence to inform supporter journeys and fundraising strategies.

* Experience managing multiple people and projects concurrently, with strong organisational and time-management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

* Ability to manage supporter engagement, from strategy through to execution, managing timelines, stakeholders and deliverables in line with fundraising targets.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with experience working in roles requiring careful data handling, financial tracking or compliance.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook), and confidence working with digital tools, platforms and analytics.

* Leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute positively to team culture and shared goals.

* Demonstrated initiative, creativity and drive for results, with a proactive, solution-focused approach to challenges and opportunities.

* Commitment to Jigsaw's vision and values, and an understanding of the importance of supporter experience and ethical fundraising.

Desirable Criteria:

* A 3rd level qualification in marketing or related field

* Experience in Salesforce is a distinct advantage

* Proficient in presenting and public speaking

* Previous experience in an NGO environment

* Full, clean driving license.

This role also requires the ability to travel for work and the willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required.


Benefits


Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Factors taken into account in determining an appropriate scale include the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications relevant to the job.

The salary range for this role will be €44,242 - €63,540
