Role: Site Administrator
Client: Residential Developer
Essentials: Previous construction admin experience required; 2–3 years of administrative experience; strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.

* Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate submission of BCAR and commissioning documentation.
* Maintain and manage construction and compliance records to support BCAR sign-off and unit handovers.
* Act as a point of contact for document-related queries from site teams and subcontractors.
* Track and report on documentation progress to support programme and handover requirements.
* Provide administrative support to the site team, including meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
* Assist with subcontractor inductions and general site administration as required.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely handover of completed units.
