Your Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability
TV Activation
o Understanding each client's needs and ensuring an effective buying strategy is put in place to deliver key KPIs.
o Monitoring campaign performance and consistently tracking to ensure each KPI is delivered in full.
o Developing your understanding of the TV landscape by learning from Managers, Team Leads, and the Head of AV, and applying this knowledge.
o Staying up to date with new programming and how it might help achieve client KPIs.
o Reporting back on campaign delivery through PCA's or other workflows.
VOD Activation
o Understanding each client's needs and ensuring an effective buying strategy is put in place to deliver key KPIs.
o Monitoring campaign performance and tracking to ensure each KPI is met.
o Fully understanding tracking templates, accurately compiling trackers, and applying learnings from past performance with action plans for future campaigns.
o Collaborating with suppliers and internal programmatic teams to implement relevant strategies.
Value Delivery
o Working with the Team Lead to track AV performance against targets, both locally and globally.
o Ensuring all templates are current and submitted on time.
o Ensuring each supplier delivers value across the period, including value owed when applicable.
o Achieving quality targets across all clients.
Audits
o Completing audit packs and related tasks, updating them monthly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
o Reviewing audit packs, PVAs, etc., for accuracy.
Operational Finance
o Ensuring all financials are updated in the system by the required deadlines, resolving any issues promptly.
The Knowledge & Skills Needed
Strong ability to learn and understand various systems.
Good negotiation skills.
Desire to continually learn about the AV landscape.
Ability to understand Excel spreadsheets.
Effective communicator capable of arguing points convincingly.
Positive attitude towards development.
Self-starter mentality.
What You'll Produce

• AV campaigns that meet all KPIs for clients.

• Up-to-date and accurate tracking templates showing performance.

• Audit packs demonstrating campaign performance.
The Experience & Qualifications Needed
Ability to develop strong mathematical skills.
Willingness to engage in tough conversations with suppliers.
Ability to work within a team and follow guidance.
Organized individual.
The Decisions You'll Make
Programming strategies to meet client KPIs.
Applying learnings from previous campaigns.

Clients
Account Directors, Managers, and Executives.
DAN Stakeholders
Business Director, Head of Media, AV Team Lead, Client Leadership, SLT of DAN Ireland, wider teams, TV and VOD contacts, Sponsorship and Promotions partners.
Your Measures of Success
Feedback from clients, team leads, and Head of AV.
Programmatic plans within tolerance.
Invoice accuracy.
