Description Develop and execute lean deployment strategies across multiple sites to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste in processes.
Lead kaizen events and other lean workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of lean implementations.
Provide coaching and training on lean principles to team members and stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of lean practices with the company's broader business goals.
Support the engineering and manufacturing teams in integrating lean methodologies into daily operations.
Act as a champion for a lean throughout the organisation.
Profile A successful Senior Lean Deployment (Director level) should have: A strong background in lean principles and their application within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Proven experience in leading lean transformations and driving measurable results.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and engage teams.
A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
Job Offer A competitive salary of 110,000 to 120,000 per annum.
Performance-based bonus of 10%.
