Commercial Management Position
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on civil engineering projects in Dublin.
* The ideal candidate will prepare monthly, interim, and final valuations, applications for payment, and cost reconciliations for contracts, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
* They must provide accurate cash flow forecasts and contract position reports.
* The successful applicant will collaborate with the Procurement Manager to place sub-contracts and manage procurement strategy.
