Job Title:
A Real Estate Sales Specialist role is available in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving the sales process forward and delivering exceptional customer service to vendors, buyers, and potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate property sales, managing vendor expectations and the bidding process with multiple buyers
* Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring proactive communication with vendors on sales progress through completion
* Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue, market share, and improve service levels
* Collaborate with colleagues and marketing teams on promotional materials
* Maintain accurate records and ensure files are up-to-date
Requirements:
* PSRA license
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong knowledge of the property market
* Ability to work independently and generate new clients
* Motivation, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
* Flexibility to cover appointments outside normal working hours and Saturdays
* Full clean driver's license and own car essential
* Technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft packages
