Programme Coordinator Role
As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of part-time postgraduate programmes. Our students are balancing busy clinical commitments and family responsibilities, making it essential for us to provide a supportive and efficient education experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for students, tutors, and other team members, handling enquiries and providing support
* Work with a team of tutors to ensure the successful delivery of weekly tutorial sessions
* Assist with induction events and prepare information packs for incoming students
* Sensitively deal with student requests for learning support and mitigating circumstances
* Prepare programme reports for accreditation committees
* Assist with marketing efforts to promote increased applications and high retention rates
* Maintain accurate student records, including liaison with registrars offices
* Organise the receipt, collation, and distribution of student assignments/projects for marking by internal and external examiners
* Coordinate the receipt, collation, and distribution of examination papers between accrediting University and External examiners
* Produce letters and results transcripts to be sent to students
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Educated to degree level or above
* Experience in an education/education administration role
* Effective team working skills
* Ability to maintain clear and accurate records
