Job Title: Senior Site Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to take on a leadership role in the civil engineering sector.

Job Description:
* Lead and manage site engineers and support the site manager in the day-to-day running of projects;
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in projects;
* Check plans, drawings, and supervise setting out coordination;
* Call off reinforcement and order rebar from schedules;
* Responsible for setting out and levelling sites;
* Oversee quality control and safety measures on sites;
* Resolve unexpected technical difficulties;
* Deal with any problems that arise;
* Supervise and monitor the site labour force;
* Work effectively with subcontractors;
* Meet strict deadlines;
* Maintain high standards at all times.

Requirements:
* Hold a third-level qualification in Engineering;
* Have over 5 years' experience working in the industry;
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in Ireland;
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work calmly under pressure;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to integrate well within a team environment;
* Commercial awareness;
