* Manage third-party contractors and ensure compliance with site protocols.
* Evaluate and improve operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all services.
About You
We are looking for a confident, proactive leader with a passion for facilities operations and a strong background in manufacturing environments. Essential qualifications include:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience managing client relationships and leading teams.
* Strong technical knowledge of facilities services in manufacturing.
* Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* English fluency (written and verbal).
