We are currently working with market leaders like KSG, Levy, Aramark and the HSE amongst others.We are looking for a Fractional VP of Sales to join us on a flexible basis (1.5 days per week). We need a commercial heavy-hitter to enter the cockpit, professionalise our sales process, and close enterprise-level deals.TasksYou will be the architect of our commercial growth. Working 1 day a week from our Dublin office and a half-day remotely, your focus will be high-leverage activities:Build the Playbook: Codify our sales process. You will analyze what is currently working, refine the value proposition, and build a repeatable sales methodology (SaaS B2B) that can be scaled.Commercial Strategy: Define our go-to-market strategy for the next 12 months. Who are we targeting? How are we pricing? How do we shorten the sales cycle?Mentorship & Hiring: As we grow, you will help design the future sales org structure and set the standard for what "great" looks like in future hires.Pipeline Rigour: Implement disciplined pipeline management to ensure our revenue forecasting is accurate and reliable.RequirementsWho You Are:Experience: 10+ years in B2B Sales, with at least 3 years at a Head of Sales or VP level.The "Builder" Mindset: You have a proven track record of taking early-stage SaaS or Tech companies from
