Job Title: Client Account Executive – Strategic Client Programmes
We are partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their Strategic Client Programmes team. This is a replacement role supporting the Senior Manager in the delivery of key client initiatives and strategic account activities. The position offers an excellent opportunity for a BD or marketing professional with 2–3 years’ experience to deepen their expertise in client programme management and strategic business development. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in driving client growth, supporting business objectives, and delivering meaningful insights. The successful candidate will bring a commercial mindset, analytical ability, and strong communication skills to help strengthen client relationships and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Manager in managing and delivering key client programmes.
* Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, markets, and trends to identify new opportunities.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic client and account plans.
* Collaborate with BD, Marketing, and Bids teams to drive initiatives and support pursuit activity.
* Manage CRM data, track client interactions, and produce analytical reports on performance and KPIs.
* Coordinate programme activity, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
* Prepare reports and presentations, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Key Requirements
* 2–3 years’ experience in business development or marketing, ideally within a professional services environment.
* Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of strategic client or key account management fundamentals.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative in approach.
* Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
