Maintenance Scheduler Role Summary
The Maintenance Scheduler plays a vital part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of maintenance operations. This role supports the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all disciplines - Electrical, Instrumentation (E&I), and Mechanical.
* Schedule and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities to meet operational requirements.
* Collaborate with planners, technicians, vendors, and engineering stores to ensure spare parts and resources are available.
* Maintain and update job plans to reflect current procedures and best practices.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to safety and quality enhancements.
* Ensure all maintenance activities are recorded in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and are audit-ready, following ALCOA+ principles.
* Cross-functional collaboration is key to timely and high-quality maintenance task execution.
