We're looking for a
Solutions Consultant
to join our team and support solution strategy, development, and execution across the full user/partner/client lifecycle. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, guide solution implementation, and help shape the future of our product and delivery frameworks.
What You'll Do
* Lead project planning activities, including timelines, documentation, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
* Proactively identify roadblocks and recommend next steps to keep delivery on track.
* Contribute to creating and updating repeatable solution content—best practices, tutorials, documentation, and more.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to define long-term solution strategies and influence product direction.
* Execute technical and non-technical solutions aligned with user/partner/client objectives.
* Identify patterns in solution challenges and collaborate with engineering and product teams to reduce risk.
* Support solution design sessions, architecture discussions, and feature scoping.
* Provide insights to partners and participate in business reviews to support technology adoption.
* Analyse feedback and data to surface product gaps, quantify impact, and contribute to developing improved solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, offering guidance on best practices and ecosystem understanding.
